Comrade Huang Wenxiu was a cadre of the Propaganda Department of the Baise Municipal Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. After graduating from Beijing Normal University in 2016, she returned to her hometown to work in Baisi. In March 2018, Comrade Huang Wenxiu responded positively to the organization's call to serve as the first secretary of the village in Baiji Village, Lye County, and worked hard to lead 88 families and 418 poor people out of poverty, and the poverty rate in the village decreased by more than 20%. In the early hours of June 17, 2019, she was killed in a flash flood on her way back to music from Baise, dediging to her precious life at the age of 30.
